Submit a Support Ticket:
If you are having trouble or have a query, and cannot find the answer in our FAQs or Tutorial Movies, please submit a support ticket here so we may assist you.
A support ticket is required to be submitted before telephone assistance will be provided by telephone. We require time to research and resolve your issue and also require your issue to be documented before we make account modifications. Please allow your ticket to be replied to before calling. When you submit a support ticket, a ticket number will be emailed to you to track your issue. You will be asked for this ticket number when calling Weiv for telephone support.
